Samuel Enemona Odekina is an experienced change and transformation manager with more than 20 years of experience in the Power Sector. He specializes in implementing transformational change and performance-driven solutions, effectively addressing technical, commercial, and customer service challenges. Throughout his career, he has held significant positions, including Regional Manager, Manager of Performance Management and Regional Coordinator for Change Management at AEDC. Samuel has consistently demonstrated his ability to enhance underperforming regions, boost cash collection, and minimize losses.

As a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria, Samuel excels in problem-solving, strategic planning, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration.
