In compliance with the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission’s Order on Non-compliance with Capping of Estimated Bills to unmetered customers for the period of January to September 2023, AEDC has completed credit adjustment to all affected customers.
The affected customers will notice a credit adjustment for the cumulative overbilled amount for the period of January to September 2023 on their April 2024 bills. The detailed report can be downloaded by clicking the link below

As a customer-focused organization, we are committed to ensuring that you receive appropriate compensation in line with the NERC MYTO regulation. Band A customers affected by supply hours of less than 20 hours per month have been compensated accordingly in the form of extra units for prepaid customers and credit adjustments for postpaid customers.
