Adefisayo Akinsanya is the Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Abuja Electricity Distribution Plc (AEDC). With over 15 years of award-winning accomplishments in brand management, communications, and stakeholder engagement, she excels in elevating brand equity and driving social impact. Adefisayo holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Crawford University and a Master’s in Management from the University of Lagos, with additional training from Inc. Academy Dubai and the Lagos Business School ( LBS) alumna. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria. Previously, Adefisayo was Head, Marketing and Corporate Communications at Accion Microfinance Bank and worked with Fidelity Bank Plc, refining her skills in strategy, public relations, and stakeholder engagement. Recognized as the Most Outstanding Marketing Professional 2022 (Microfinance) by WIMCA, Adefisayo continues to drive impactful marketing and communication strategies at AEDC, fostering transparency and enhancing the company’s mission.
