Adeoye Fadeyibi is an astute professional, with over 20 years of power sector experience and the ability to provide innovative turn-key solutions. He has served in numerous strategic capacity in the generation and distribution sectors of the electricity industry including as a Sales Director for General Electric covering the Middle East and African Regions and the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Transcorp Power Limited (TPL), Ughelli, Delta State, a generation Company.

Prior to joining AEDC, Engr. Adeoye was the Managing Director/CEO of Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC). He is credited to have significantly reduced Eko Disco’s Aggregate, Technical, Commercial and Collection (ATC&C) losses. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York, SUNY Buffalo, New York.
